We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from DigiLYF. The main reasons for returns are below, however we undertstand there may be reasons outside of these that may mean you wish to return goods to us.
Goods Faulty on Arrival:
All goods shipped out by ourselves are subject to thorough QA and testing before dispatch, but very occassionally, despite comprehensive packing, the goods may show a fault on arrival. In such cases we would request that you report the fault to us immediately, at least within 14 days of arrival, so that we can send out a replacement item to you as quickly as possible. Normally our courier will collect the suspect device for return to us when they deliver the replacement.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
We carefully select the freighting companies we use to send out goods in order to minimise the risks of transit damage. However well we ensure an item is packaged sometimes transit damage does occur. If your goods are damaged in transit we request that you report it to us on receipt. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt its best to sign the courier's documentation accordingly. We will send out a replacement item to you as quickly as possible. Normally our courier will collect the damaged device for return to us when they deliver the replacement.
Goods Faulty in the Warranty Period:
If you are reporting faulty goods after 14 days of receipt, then providing your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. To make a claim under the terms of the products warranty we must be notified in advance.
Any goods returned under warranty and found to be not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original goods value or £35, whichever is the higher.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. In the case of valid warranty repairs or replacements, we will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
No returns are accepted back without prior agreement.
If You Have Changed Your Mind:
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to corporate customers) having purchased via mail order thru this website or via telephone, and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund of the product cost. This right is granted on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will return the goods to us, at your expense, in an as supplied condition - including all packaging, manuals cables etc.

Items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected regardless of using the appropriate display return address.
