You can order products displayed on this website online, or over the telephone by phoning us on +44 (0)870 240 6162 .

If you have placed your order online, we will quickly send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet you order. If we are unable to meet your order, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible.

Prices:

The prices shown on our website  are stated ex-works and exclude any local sales taxes. UK orders are subject to the addition of VAT at the relevant prevailing rate.

We try to make sure that the prices quoted on our website are accurate, but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We aim to only display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly within 5 to 7 working days at the worst case. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may if so required cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Payment:

You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit Card or by Switch, Maestro, Solo or Visa Delta Debit Card or alternatively by PayPal. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your Credit / Debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

All our online credit card transactions are processed through PayPal's backend online processing system -  one of the web's most secure online payment mechanisms, offering unrivalled credit card fraud protection for the buyer. 

Delivery:

We can deliver goods to any destinations with the UK, Europe, Americas, Pacific Rim countries and beyond.

We aim to deliver the goods within 2 to 3 working days for UK orders, 5 to 7 working days for Europe and North America and within 7 to 10 working days for other countries. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

We normal despatch items below 2Kg in weight by standard domestic and international Royal Mail Postal Services and items above that weight by either Amtrak Express Parcels in the UK and other EU countries, or Fedex to countries outside these areas. Both Fedex and Amtrak offer you the ability to track the progress your shipment online on a 24 / 7 basis.

If the goods are not delivered within the lead time quoted, please email us at dispatch@DigiLYF.net. We will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Warranty:

All goods are covered by a 12 month Return To Base (RTB) warranty, unless otherwise specified. Some items are sold pre-used with an RTB warranty of 3 / 6 / 9 or 12 months, please check with us if you are unsure as to the warranty offered.

Cables, connectors and batteries are not covered under any warranty. These items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.

Returns:

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund. After the 14 day period we can only repair the item.

Any goods purchased in error / deemed unsuitable and returned to us within 7 days of receipt will be refunded in full. All such returns must be in an as supplied condition, be complete with all accessories and be returned to us carriage paid by you. All returns not complying with this requirement will be rejected and will require collection or payment for redispatch.

Any goods returned under warranty and found to be not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original goods value or £35, whichever is the higher.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. In the case of valid warranty repairs or replacements, we will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

No returns are accepted back without prior agreement.

We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. For information regarding the returns procedure please contact our Returns Department via email at returns@DigiLYF.net   Items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected regardless of a display return address. 

Our Responsibility:

We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong, using equipment supplied by our company does not give you the right to claim recourse.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

we make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

All products supplied from our website are fully tested before shipping. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction so the time and effort to individually test each product is an important part of achieving that goal.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purposes unless with the express written permission from our head office.

We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

We record usage and protect our images with watermarks, copying in whole or in part of our site or it's contents is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent transactions are passed to local authorities and banking institutions. We have a very sophisticated fraud system which checks your PC location of the order placed against your credit card postcode and flags any variation. We may continue to process your transaction but have the right to direct the transaction through relevant authorities to track and trace fraudulent purchases using stolen ID or Credit cards.

We endeavor to respond to complaints within five working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England & Wales.
